You can cancel an order within 14 days of receiving it. You don’t have to use this form — any clear statement in writing will do — but it may help. The rules are set out in section 7 of our Terms of sale.
How to send it
- By email: copy the form below into an email to [CUSTOMER EMAIL] and fill it in. This is the quickest way.
- By post: print or copy it and send it to [RETURNS ADDRESS].
Your cancellation is in time if you send it before the 14 days are up. We will confirm by email that we have received it and tell you how to return the goods.
